MISSION

Hello Hello! My name is Bruno da Gama and I am on a mission to help 10,000 dads all over the globe to get rid of the Dad Bod forever!

More important than that...

I am on a mission to help dads become the best version of themselves so they can be a strong pillar for their kids, family and friends.

A few years ago, my uncle Julio passed away “out of nowhere” leaving behind my ant Jacque and his 3 kids Tatiana, Gustavo and Augusto.

My uncle Julio was the typical financially successful Dad who was neglecting his health in order to work more.

The results?

Premature death on his early 50s.

From that day, I decided that I will do whatever I can to help busy Dads just like my uncle Julio to regain their health and beat this scary stats:

👉More than 50 million men in the USA are pre diabetics or already have diabetes.

👉Over 350 thousand men die of heart disease every single year in the USA.

👉Around 800 thousand men will be diagnosed with Cancer this year alone.

👉70% of men are either overweight or obese.

👉And millions of men are facing anxiety or depression right at this moment.
